Privacy Notice

Last updated 2026-10-15

This notice explains how AIAgentAgency ("we") handles personal data submitted through this website. Contact us about privacy via our contact form.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details you choose to send: your name, work email, the challenge you selected and, if you add them, your company website, the tools you use, an approximate budget and any extra details.
  • Which page the form was sent from and, if you arrived from our pricing page, the package you looked at.
  • Basic technical data processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and stop abuse (for example your IP address, used briefly for rate limiting). We do not keep this in our own systems.

Why we use it and our legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and take steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We don't add you to a mailing list.
  • To protect the website from spam and abuse (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Website analytics only if you accept them — see below (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Who processes it

The website does not store your enquiry. When you submit the form it is delivered to our team through a private Telegram chat. Cloudflare hosts the website and Telegram delivers the message; both act as service providers and may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own safeguards. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send enquiry contents to AI models.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are deleted within 24 months, or sooner if you ask. Client records are kept as long as the contract and our legal obligations require.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising scripts.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, via our contact form. You can also complain to your data protection authority (for example the AEPD in Spain, the DPC in Ireland or the ICO in the UK).
