About us
We automate the work that slows good businesses down.
AIAgentAgency is an implementation partner for small and medium-sized businesses. We design, build and manage AI-powered workflows that answer enquiries faster, keep records straight and take repetitive admin off your team, while a person stays in charge of every decision that matters.
Why we exist
Most businesses don't need an AI strategy. They need Tuesday's enquiry answered.
Small teams lose work in ordinary ways: a quote request waits while everyone is on site, a customer asks the same question for the tenth time this week, someone re-types an order into a second system. None of it is dramatic, but together it costs hours and sales.
Modern AI is genuinely good at the routine part of that work: reading a message, pulling out the details, drafting a reply, updating a record. It is not good at judgement, and it shouldn't be trusted with it unsupervised.
So we build automation the way you'd hire a careful new colleague: clear rules, limited access, a person to check the important things, and a record of everything it did.
How we work
Six principles behind every project.
- 01
Start from the business, not the technology
We begin with the enquiry that goes unanswered or the spreadsheet someone fills in every Friday. Sometimes the right answer is a simple rule, or no automation at all, and we'll say so.
- 02
AI drafts, people decide
Anything with consequences (prices, refunds, contracts, health, legal or financial matters) is approved by a named person. Automation handles the routine; your team keeps the judgement.
- 03
Fixed scope, itemised costs
You get a written scope with a fixed implementation price, and third-party subscriptions and AI usage listed separately. No open-ended retainers and no surprise invoices.
- 04
Simple, proven, maintainable
We build on established platforms and plain integrations so the system is understandable, documented and fixable, not a black box only we can touch.
- 05
Measured, not hyped
Before we build, we agree which numbers matter and record a baseline. After launch we report on the same numbers. We don't publish invented statistics or promise percentages.
- 06
Privacy by design
Each workflow gets only the access and data it needs, with agreed retention periods. Customer messages are treated as untrusted input and never used to change the rules.
Working with us
What you walk away with.

- Built in accounts you own wherever possible, so you're never locked in.
The step-by-step process, timelines and what we need from you are on How it works. Package contents and price ranges are on Pricing.
Is this for you?
We're a good fit for some businesses, and not for others.
We're likely a good fit if…
- You receive enquiries, bookings or requests every day and some slip through
- Your team copies the same information between two or more tools
- You can name the process you want to fix and who owns it
- You want a defined first project rather than an 'AI strategy'
We're probably not the right partner if…
- You're looking for fully autonomous decisions with no human review
- The goal is to replace a qualified professional's judgement
- There isn't yet a repeatable process to automate
- You need guaranteed revenue or search-ranking outcomes
Our limits
What we won't do.
- We don't promise fully autonomous businesses, guaranteed revenue or search rankings.
- We don't build automation that makes medical, legal or financial decisions without a qualified person.
- We don't send customer data to AI services without a documented purpose and your agreement.
- We don't recommend a project we don't believe will pay for itself.
